Software Engineer

As software engineer you will be part of a constantly growing team, working with machine control systems and image processing algorithms.
We expect you have experience with:
           - Control programming language as C or derivatives
           - Real time programming
           - Programming to TCP/IP
           - Image processing

Personally you should be service minded, self-motivating, systematic and collaborative.

Mechanical Engineer

We expect you to have:

           - Mechanical engineering and design or equivalent background.

           - Experience with 3D design tools like SolidWorks and PDM.

           - Experience in the design of complex machinery and equipment in stainless steel and engineering of plastics.

           - Desire to work with equipment based on mixing technologies like optics, lighting, electronics and servo technology.

As a person you are outgoing and empathetic, you like to have a close working relationship with your colleagues, and understand the balance between fun and seriousness. You are able to work independently, systematically and you always follow the tasks throughout to completion.

Service Engineer

As service engineer you will become part of our production and after-sales team. Your responsibility will be, amongst other, running-in, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and service of high-performance inspection machine.

We expect you to have:

           - Electrical or mechanical background

           - Excellent troubleshooting skills

           - Good communication skills

           - Independent working skills

Personally you should be service minded, independent, systematic and collaborative. We expect you to take responsibility for customer satisfaction and to take decisions that make is reasonable to maintain a sound business for InnoScan as well as ensure the customer a premium service.

Configuration Engineer

As configuration engineer you must have the ability to break down complex system comprising of electrical, optical, mechanical and software components. Well-developed troubleshooting skills is a necessity for the job.

We expect you to have:

           - Mechanical, electrical or automation background.

           - Good analytical skills

           - Technical flair and knowledge of software and computer systems.

           - Experience with customer relationship.

Personally you should be persistent, collaborative and a clear communicator. Furthermore, you are willing to take ownership of your projects.

Hardware Engineer

As hardware engineer you will be part of a team of electrical engineers, software engineers and  mechanical engineers. In collaboration with the team you will get the responsibility for, amongst other, design control panels for high-performance inspection machines, CE marking and programming security systems.

We expect you to have:

           - Experience in manufacturing highly complex machines

           - Experience with PC Schematics

           - Thorough knowledge about electrical and security standards

           - Compiling manuals and technical documentation.

Personally you should be flexible, a self-directed learner, systematic, and a good communicator. Additionally, you should be confident team player in an interdisciplinary company.

Project Manager

As project manager you will get the full responsibility for project form purchase order to delivery and commissioning of the inspection machine. Your primary tasks are to optimize the project in terms of lead time, economy, customer satisfaction and performance.

We expect you to have:

           - Proven experience in management of high-tech projects

           - Be technically skilled and have good understanding of customer needs

           - Clear and concise communicator.

           - Experience with GAMP

Project Manager

High-End Inspection Machines – Pharmaceutical Industry – from quotation to SAT

InnoScan is determined to continue its growth within the field of high-end inspection machines to the pharmaceutical industry. To ensure the growth is continued we are looking for an experienced project manager to become part of that journey.

In close cooperation with your fellow project managers and based on contract terms, you have the responsibility for the optimisation of your projects in regards to time, money, customer satisfaction, liquidity and performance. InnoScan runs projects after a GAMP5 compliant development model and in that context it is furthermore your responsibility to manage both the clients and our own project members throughout the whole process.

The job is to deliver high-end inspection machines for final quality check of pharmaceutical products. You are involved from the quotation phase through the development, assembly over tests to the installation and the final deployment on-site with the client. Throughout the project you have the full responsibility for the total economy/the budget and the performance of the allocated resources according to InnoScan’s project model. You make sure that the agreed requirements are both documented and tested before FAT and SAT.

Your daily tasks consist of a mix of interaction with clients and your colleagues where things like project management according to the stage-gate model, follow-up on economy towards contract and milestones is carried out.

Your skillset as an experienced project manager could include

  • An engineering background within mechanical construction or similar disciplines.
  • Have been working with different project strategies and methods.
  • Experience from project management with special machines and/or automation solutions.
  • Have been working with the regulatory demands of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with calculations.
  • Experience with commercial interaction with the clients.
  • Technical competence with a natural overview of interdependencies between the hardware the human resources in your projects.
  • Speaking and writing English at a high level, German proficiency could be beneficial.

As a person you have a commercial approach and you are proactive and methodical with an ability to engage your team and create the special sense of team spirit through an involving situation based approach.

Through your personality your impact on clients, colleagues and suppliers is achieved through respect and trust in your ability to deliver. You show dedication, perseverance and your structural and systematically way of working is a landmark of yours. Being a seasoned PM means that you have the ability to change between having the full overview to going deeply into details when required.
